These terms apply to WinSparkle commercial support subscriptions and to use of this website. WinSparkle itself remains available under its open source license; purchasing support does not change the license terms for the WinSparkle software.

By purchasing or using WinSparkle commercial support, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
You are responsible for using WinSparkle and any support guidance in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and your own product requirements.
Commercial Support
Commercial support provides access to maintainer support for questions related to integrating, deploying, and troubleshooting WinSparkle. Support is provided by email unless otherwise agreed.
Support does not include custom development, guaranteed delivery of features, legal advice, certification, or a service-level agreement unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Orders and Payments
Orders are processed by FastSpring, which acts as the merchant of record. FastSpring handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, chargebacks, and related order administration.
Prices, plan details, taxes, and payment terms are shown during checkout. Any procurement or custom arrangement should be discussed before purchase.
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase if support has not been used. If you have already requested or received support under the subscription, refunds are not available unless required by applicable law.
Refunds are processed through FastSpring. If you have trouble with a refund request, contact us and we will help route the issue.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to provide support, respond to enquiries, operate this website, and administer commercial support subscriptions.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message contents. We use this information to respond to your request and maintain support records.
